Administrative Meetings

Within the framework of the Together for Dialogue four administrative meetings were held to ensure smooth coordination and effective implementation of the project. These meetings played a crucial role in maintaining the project dynamics and closely monitoring progress.

These meetings served as a platform for partners to:

  • Share their experiences with project implementation.
  • Discuss challenges and difficulties encountered.
  • Explore practical aspects of project execution.
  • Ask questions and receive prompt answers.
  • Stay informed and maintain a proactive approach to the project.

The first meeting took place in May in Maribor, Slovenia

During the meeting, the project coordinators were introduced and responsibilities between the partners were defined. The team discussed the specifics of the project, key timelines and shared experiences from previous initiatives aimed at dialog between youth and decision makers

The second meeting took place in Brussels

During this session, the focus was on the first project result concerning the assessment of youth civic competencies. Partners provided valuable recommendations, and the team summarized the steps needed to achieve the highest quality outcome. Additionally, a preliminary vision for the second project result, led by the Turkish partner, was presented.

The third meeting was held on May  in Moldova

Active discussions covered the development of a manual for youth workers, which aims to cover topics such as public speaking, cultural diversity, European values, good governance, leadership and critical thinking. The meeting also discussed the planning of the upcoming youth exchange in Lithuania and further elaboration of the questionnaire on civic competences.

The final meeting took place on March in Mikołów, Poland

This significant gathering allowed the partners to reflect on the project’s culmination after 26 months of collaboration. Together, we are reviewed the project results, discussed administrative matters, and explored future plans and continued cooperation.

These meetings were essential for maintaining a cohesive and well-coordinated project environment, ensuring that all partners were aligned with the project goals and timelines.
